About the role:

As a Cert III in Hospitality Trainee, you will work at Melbourne Polytechnic’s café/restaurant at our Prahran campus whilst earning a Qualification in this 12-month traineeship. Based at our Prahran campus you will learn on the job in this hands-on role working Monday–Friday. Payment will be based on the hospitality trainee award.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  2. Passion for the hospitality industry
  3. Good study regime
  4. Knowledge of current Food and Beverage trends
  5. Previous Team Work experience
