Student Parking at any Melbourne Polytechnic campus is FREE in areas designated for student parking only. While some easy terms and conditions apply i.e. you need to be enrolled at Melbourne Polytechnic – see what you need to do (outlined below) to secure free parking while you study with us.

Student and Visitor parking is available on most campuses (except Collingwood and Prahran). Disability parking is available campus-wide – please refer to our campus maps for location of designated parking bays.

Student Parking

Students must display a Melbourne Polytechnic student validation sticker, issued by campus Information Centres or at any campus library (with proof of a current student ID card). You’ll also need to provide your vehicle registration details and you can only park within the allocated student parking areas. Parking terms and conditions are signposted at the car park entrance.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is available at most campuses (except Collingwood and Prahran). Visitor parking permits are valid for 1 day only, and are available from Information Centres, security office and campus libraries. If you require visitor parking for a longer period of time a representative from the department you are visiting will need to contact Buildings and Properties for a long stay permit.

Disabled Parking

Persons with a disability, medical condition or injury and who hold and display a valid Australian Municipal Council Category 1 disability parking permit are allowed to park in designated disabled parking bays at any Melbourne Polytechnic campus.
