The Real Estate program is the remaining 21 units to obtain your full licence. This is after you have undertaken the Agent’s Representative Course and been employed for 12 months in industry.

Our full real estate program provides a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of real estate agency business operations, the latest and updated legislation for sales and property management, as well as extended learning on appraising, marketing and leasing property.
The full licence program is delivered in clusters of knowledge centered around:

- Legal and ethical requirements
- Business leadership
After graduating from this program, you will have a sound operational knowledge around agency management and be able to act as an Officer in Effective Control with your full licence once you have successfully become registered with the Business Licencing Authority.
You will learn the fundamentals of all aspects of real estate to a high level of operational management. This course provides extensive application of how to operate as a professional real estate agent, giving you the latest up to date legislative changes given the recent industrial reforms taking effect in December 2017. The course is designed to embark on clusters of knowledge of legal and ethical requirements, property management, sales and appraisals, and extensive leadership in the workplace.
The Full Licence Program enables you to open your own agency, act as Officer in Effective Control, and provides greater opportunities in real estate.
