The B2W Project is a government funded initiative that engages and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The project spans all levels of business and industry and its purpose is to scope and explore areas of growth in the health and community area. For our organisation, one of the key deliverables is to support remunerated advisory panels.
The first steps to achieving this is the invitation and participation of key stakeholders and industry partners in discussion forums held in May and June 2016, focusing on disability and ageing.
The forums will explore current and emerging needs for the health and community workforce, identify skills gaps and help to inform development and support needs for the current and future workforce in these areas.
