Amanda is a writer, editor and writing coach with a strong background in busting internal editors and helping with motivational problems. She would know she’s been there. She is a loud advocate of NaNoWriMo and loves to brag about Scrivener and the latest thing to happen in her blogging world, which happens to be all about her new email newsletter.
Amanda has graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Arts and from Melbourne Polytechnic with a Bachelor of Writing and Publishing, which has led her onto being the graduate Editor-In-Chief of From The Courses’ Mouth at the Fairfield Campus. She also hopes to eventually get her Master degree, but has been indecisive about what she wants to explore further.
As she works on training the next round of sound editors to be, she is busy finishing her first novel, which will be out at the end of the year with a current in the air title (she’s getting on to that soon, she swears). Amanda has found that she really has a deep-rooted love for all things fiction and shuns a lot of non-fiction, even the creative kind.
