This module meets all the requirements of the national unit of competency SITXFSA101 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
This module meets all the requirements of the national unit of competency SITXFSA201 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices

Note: You must complete the Food Hygiene for Handlers module and provide a certificate before you can enrol in the second module.
To successfully complete this course you are required to have access to a fully equipped industry food preparation environment, such as a commercial kitchen or food outlet using a range of equipment.
Assessments include workplace assignment, completed workplace food safety records and a third party report.
Upon successful completion of the package, you may apply for skills recognition for SITXFSA101 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety and SITXFSA201 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices. Additional fees may apply.

Courses with low enrolments may be cancelled or delayed. You will be notified of this 48 hours prior to course commencement.
Students may be eligible for Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.
