Autodesk Inventor is a parametric 3D solid modelling CAD package specifically designed to suit component and multi-part assemblies. Inventor offers a more visual and flexible approach to modellilng with a focus on ease of use and productivity gain compared to other 3D modelling techniques and is an alternative to traditional 2D modelling packages.
This short course introduces the basic features and capabilities of Autodesk Inventor so that parts, assemblies and drawing documentation can be created.
No previous computer drafting experience is required to learn how to use Inventor and one-on-one tuition is provided during the class to help students. This course is suited to those working or studying in manufacturing design.
