St Georges Restaurant provides in-house training for hospitality students, including those enrolled in the Bachelor of Hospitality Management, under the expert guidance of Hospitality Department staff.
St Georges offers an elegant but relaxed dining atmosphere offering a full à la carte menu service. A wine and beer list which includes wines produced by Melbourne Polytechnic's Viticulture and Winemaking students from our own vineyards is available. Students also produce a cocktail and a ‘mocktail’ of the day.
Prices are relatively inexpensive and as the year continues the restaurant gets busier and bookings are often necessary, especially at the Master Chef and other special events.

Restaurant Trading Hours
St Georges Restaurant will be open for lunch Wednesday to Friday (12-2pm) and for dinner Tuesday to Thursday evenings (7-9pm).

St Georges will be closed on weekends and during student holidays. For further details please see the Operations Calendar.
