I am in the last stages of a PhD in History. I taught History at Flinders University 2005-2011 (tutoring and occasional lecturing), and NMIT and the University of Melbourne both in 2012.
I have taught study skills since 2008. In 2009, I was Associate Lecturer in Flinders University's Student Learning Centre. From 2009-2011, I ran the online version of the Foundation Course, a pre-entry course for students who want to enter university. I have taught study skills for Swinburne Online since 2012, and have taught and developed material for the University of Melbourne's Arts Foundation Skills program in 2012.
I began working on the Tertiary Studies at NMIT program in semester one, 2012.
My favourite part about working on the Tertiary Studies program at Melbourne Polytechnic is working with students from such diverse backgrounds and cultures.
In my spare time I play piano. I also like to read and I love to travel!!
