Caroline Kennedy-McCracken is a singer, songwriter, artist and academic.
Caroline has written over one hundred songs, for other music artists as well as for her own projects Her compositions are used in film and television, are on rotation on mainstream radio, and are used in advertising. Her paintings are in collections throughout the world, as well as on the covers of some her records.
Caroline has performed at The Big Day Out, The Meredith festival, the Livid festival and The Falls festival, as well as multiple times on Australian television and in her own music videos. She has recorded eight studio albums in bands Deadstar, The Plums and the Tulips including commercial and independent releases. Her songs have charted in the top 20 and been nominated for four A.R.I.A awards
Her recent work with Mick Turner from The Dirty Three was featured and streamed on the New York Times music website, Press Play, in November 2013. Caroline is also in the Mick Turner band.
