About the Role

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to appoint a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Project officer – Student Feedback, Complaints and Grievances Framework Development Project. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional.

Your primary objectives will be:

  • Project officer to work on TSAF project P219 Provide Quality on Campus Experience for the development and implementation of a Student Feedback, Complaints and Grievance framework and supporting system.

About You:

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, policy review and/or research skills within the Tertiary Education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and participate in a work team and to undertake a variety of project related activities.
  • Proven ability to be accountable for the timely review of relevant project plans, reports and achievement of project objectives.

Qualification, Licenses and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in policy review, development and implementation.

    The salary will be in the range of $72,797-$75,970 (AO9.1 – AO9.3) pro-rata, plus employer superannuation contribution.


    12 month fixed term contract, Part - Time 22.8 hours per week
