Entrance RequirementsStudents should enrol as soon as possible to start the Certificate II by 13 April 2015. Applicants/students of this course should already be working in some capacity in the sports turf industry. Participants will be assessed at their workplace for various practical skills and knowledge. The course is also offered by flexible delivery. To be eligible for the Certificate III non-apprenticeship scheme, applicants must have at least three years' employment in the industry.
Assessment MethodsAssessment methods include demonstration of skills, tests and assignments, oral activities and third party reports.
Pathways to further studySuccessful completion of the Certificate II in Sports Turf Management paves the way for entry into the Certificate III in Sports Turf Management - Apprenticeship or Non-Apprenticeship.
