We're really pleased that you've received some exceptional service or had a positive experience dealing with Melbourne Polytechnic.

  • pass the compliment on to the appropriate manager and the staff involved
  • keep a record of all compliments received at Melbourne Polytechnic, identifying the staff member/s and reason for the compliment
  • add a copy of compliment to the employee's personnel file.
