Melbourne Polytechnic Students Impress at 2023 WorldSkills Australia National Championships

Melbourne Polytechnic student, Luca Mascaro, receiving his gold medal at the WorldSkills Australia National Championships.

Australia's best trainees and apprentices went head-to-head in a high-pressure skills competition at the WorldSkills Australia National Championships which saw two Melbourne Polytechnic students claiming medals. 

The competition, which was held from 17-19 August, saw more than 500 young competitors from across the nation showcasing their mastery at locations in Melbourne, including Melbourne Polytechnic's Northern Lodge Training Centre.

Congratulations to all of the students who competed and a huge thank you to everyone involved for this outstanding achievement!
